All right, nor only I don't do formal intros on the show, but I want to do one room, so we're not going to now sec well, I got you know, I want to mention first of all, I want to the elephant in the room. Of course we have. We have a guest, Kyle Steel, not that he's an elephant, it's just out pretty big. Kyle Steel's here. We've had kyle on the show before. It's been a hot minute, but we wouldn't be physically in this room of this house without Kyle because Kyle helped me. Oh seriously, Kyle was my soun it was my rolder guy. Oh, yes, right, recommended to me by dusty. Yeah, we were going to use him. No, wife was like, I wanted to use you. We didn't you. I felt really bad about it. Oh, I don't care about because those are like we were going to talk to something. Like you know how realators are. It's just like sure, you call in and we colleagues, you saw this house and we just called somebody real fasts like, Oh, you don't want to look at this house because it's like seventyzero be couldn't go in and look at it. Oh yeah, and it from there is like Oh, and then we just had a realator. Oh okay, so how goes. Yeah, but a part of my job is to get to people before that happens. So if I were doing a fucking buy, the only reasone we even thought about looking at thous like Oh, Seventyzero, like obviously something's wrong with it, but I like that way. You can't even go in and look at it. We call those bait houses. Yeah, WE BAIT PEOPLE IN. So I was a fucking mouse in a trap, is what I always as. I wanted to mention off top, though, our last two episodes both went over one two hundred hits. Seriously, not even like as I called you the one day when the one went over four hundred and I was like Holy Shit, HMM, they've both crossed hundred. Seriously, not even fucking guess my wiener, that's yours. That leaked Mike Wells Dick Thick and here that that's my Dick. Joking. So I mean whatever we've been doing starting to work. But I mean shout out to everybody who's checked out the show. We've had a couple people sign up for the mailing list on the website, so we're gonna figure out how that works here in a little bit. It's like Holy Shit. We don't even know what to do. The website was like we have a million listops and I was like, oh, that's cool, we'll use that some day, and then a bug will sign up for it. I was like, well, fuck, better better figure how it works. That I guess all right, but yeah, thanks to everybody. Thank you sign up for that. We really do appreciate it. Let's keep that momentum going. motherfuckers, don't let us down. Don't you fucking let us down. I just listen with God, listen, it's gonna have like five, probably be just me, me, it's all breathing heavy. Fuck, just kyles here. I realize I was listening like I've listened to our episodes before, but like I was really like mowing. I was like, yeah, I breathe heavy and Sunday episodes, but you've guessed it on on my pod and that's I was just you breathing. I don't...

...think you even talked. It was just you breathing until microphile. Really No, we'd ask my questions. I was actually talking to my wife about that Zandoli movie today and she was like that's the worst fucking movie. Yeah, I forgot. Okay, so you were dating her at the time. Yeah, that would thank yeah, it's a shock that she want up married now are watch that movie and fucking idea what this movie is? You to go watch the end of like when you watch clips of Nicolas Cage for him, they and yeah, they'll show like his craziest freak outs. Oh yeah, couple of them were from that movie. There's one he's like covering the paint it all. I think I've seen that one. That's they it's a bad movie. It's a bad movie. That well's I mean it's Nicolas Cage Movie Six and one. He had half a dozen on the other that they're going to be bad movies. I mean yeah, but it wasn't bad, like it wasn't even all that enjoy even the freak out. So I don't know if it was worth it, man, it just wasn't. It was it? Was it running with the douvil bad or it's a lot worse than that? No, Oh Shit, oh, for sure with double wasn't the worst cage movie I've ever seen, but it was definitely underwhelming. The worst Nicolas Cage movies firebirds, and it's really not a Nilus argue with that. It's grindess. Kyle is our resident Nicolas Cage expert is for the longest time his show, the movie review hour, was called the Nicolas Cage Movie Review. Our every nick cage movie. Yeah, I'm the only person in the circle that's seen them because even like my wife was guest host, she didn't fuck a stick around for half of those things. And then we'd have rotating comics and then we had another guest host with the first guest. The first cohost quit, the second cohost, that's an Aino the movies goes, basically quit and then we finally got our regular rotation guy towards the end, or I guess halfway through. I say towards the end because we're fifty movies in. That's halfway. So that's like but, but I'm the only one in that circle that's seen them all, and it's like it's fucking crive seen every single one. It's bizarre. It's a weird world. God, and now I've seen every central bullet movie too. God bless you well. But yeah, but more hers are worth watching. Here's a quite a few stinkers in now, though. He's sand your bullet now. I'm just he ever heard of the s she was. She was in all of the Morney movies. She have it was like forty two or forty three. Wow. Now we're doing Leo and the CAP. Yeah, and he has not I'll take us. We're doing really like the Nicolas Cage, who bounced all over the place right with Sandra bullock. We went and release order and we did the same thing for for Leo. We're doing the same thing Real Leo. Right, and his first movie was critters three. That's a stinker. He did that before Gilbert. Great. Yeah, he had a he had another movie for a hippo grape which was called this boy's life, oh, which was pretty good. That's actually a pretty good movie. So besides chritters three, that's like an anomaly. So besides chritters three, which is the first movie, He has not hot, he hasn't a stinker. Yeah, Wellkaynstr Way, take his Oscar away has a stinker. I mean it's crazy, it mean it's but it's why. That's why every Bilas were quite a few stinkers and I'm looking at what's coming up. I'm like, well, fucking none of those are stinkers. Well, they know he said Leo and I was kind of thinking in my head, as I can't think of a bad movie he's made. My least favorite one so far, as rom me on Juliet I, just really is. I don't like how that Shit was like a fever dream. Yeah, is wild, as it's a bad lerman pig is the same guy who did in Mulan Rouge and Simply Ball Room, which are all just acid. True, so have if every don't, they fight was guns and so, yeah, it's been forever, but they do, but they fight with guns as if they're swords. Yeah, really weird. So they go. What's the what's the Christian Bale movie for liberty, living with the gun caught up it? Is it that, if you haven't seen that movie, it is it is an acid trip that you are watching and it is a mushroom trip that you were listening to. Yeah, when those two worlds collide, it's not great. It's it's not a great trip. Yeah, it's too much. It's too much. That's why everybody said for the walkest time that Leah was overdue for an Oscar, because it's like, name one bad...

...movie. He only has one. Apparently. Should a fucking want it for what's eating? Gilbert great, because I thought he was literally autistics. You didn't want to do eat. Want to drop a heart are. I didn't want to drop a hard are. No, now I was close, though. Guys autistic in your mouth. I even know, like, okay, excite. I didn't know who he was when I watched that movie. Yeah, and then I was like, okay, that guy's autistic. Yeah, or the hard are. That guy's the hard are not the end word, dude. There's a great there's a great movie called Joe. If you haven't seen Joe with Nicholas Cage, it's a great movie. The one of the main characters in the movie is this like dad or stepped out, don't remember which one the but he's plays like this alcoholic that is kind of evil, but like not evil, like a kind of more of like a Banal type evil. Like at one point he does kill like a homeless person to take their alcohol, but like, but he's evil's kind of evil. He just kills homeless people for boohoos. But it's even the way it happens. It's like a kind of a that binality of evil kind of thing. But apparently that guy was a homeless guy and they they he was like either around said I don't like he's dead now. He died of an overdose, but like they killed him on set, like it was a so like he died later of an overdose. But he was not an actor, he was a guy and he was so good in that movie and it's because I don't think he was acting. That's just who he was. Like he was this out gets kind of grungy looking, old alcoholic. He's homeless. I'm sure at one point he was an actor, because that's usually how most of them wanted up. Or for comic. It's like rob it is like Robert Downey Jr playing Tony Stark, like of course it's going to be good because that's fucking Robert that he lived. Yeah, Tony Stark is literally Robert Down Yeah. Well, that's why you've got, you know, Cardib and that movie about the strippers that drug dudes and rob them, because I mean, you know, she was a pro with that. And then going back in Leo, he's pretty dumb, you know. So just kind of like full circle with it. It just not the smartest grape in the grape in the bunch. Therey lets Gilbert, like how you brought that around a long was a long way to get to that punch line. It was all for that, but that's all. We're just building up. This is where we do our wine tasting. That is fucking I had no idea what I planned on us even talking about to day, but then some big fucking news dropped a couple of hours ago there at the Shobin time that we're recording this. Derek Shobin is guilty as sin. You know what I was I was thinking, there's that Anthony Justlen Nick joke where he's talking about kind of like how he tweets after the it's at the end of that special. He's talking about it how it's yea, and in one of them, the kind of one of the Little Punch lines in that joke is he see something to goes great. Now, how am I going to make this funny, right? And I was thinking that and as on the way over here as I knew we're going to talk about that and I was like, I bet Mike is just sitting around going all right, I don't know how I'm gonna make this funny, although I did see a good one, so my rot. I saw a really good one. I cannot repeat it, but it was fantastic. Some is like if you usurport in here, if you're for Derek Shavin, your chauvinist. Oh no, thought that was good, but that's I like that because it works on two levels. Yeah, hi, the one that I saw. It was a buddy of mine and him and I have this group chat that Shit. Anyone ever came across it, I would I would lose my job, I would lose probably my wife, I would lose custody of my children. It is a thread that is next iphone hack. Dude, pack me, because you could ruin my life. I mean it is really, really awful, but the whole point of the thread with him and I is that work trying to just one up. So whatever's the word I'm telling you when I say I'm not being sarcastic. It's the worst shit I can think of. I gotta see this, but do it. I'll show the one he posted...

...today, because now he will do on his personal page. You're just going to get Mike's reaction. He's not going to read this. I'm not going to read I because he reads it out loud. Your he's gonna get in trouble. But this is what he posted on his personal facebook as soon as the verdict came out. Okay, that's actually good. It's really good. Yeah, it's really good, but it's awful. Yeah, but Holy Shit, that's good. That's good. Rights me. Wish I wrote. I know it's good. It's really, really good. You'll have something eventually, though. Shit, there goes, I gotta yeah, I had never try to write a joke about it yet. Yeah, it was gonna say. You're given the time, I'm sure you will come up with something. I did. I just ruined it by showing that to you now, and that's not it's a goal. happened. This is why I didn't write a joke about it. I was so it's been like I've been wanting road for the road to the show, MLB's twenty, road to the twenty, one road to the show to come out for Xbox, and came out today and that most of the day to day. I Guy specifically took today off from work just just to play that game and I was like, Oh, the verdict is today. I didn't know it was going to be today, and then I just got the blip my phone. This is the dread come back and I was like up Shit, I was listening to it. I pulled it up. I was on my way to the office some night, sat in the parking lot and I will listen to it. Announced I'll super piss ass today off. No, I was like maybe. OFF The drive up to Cleveland today I was like fuck, I got my mom's and Cleveland, I asked you this day off for this fucking video game I think can't fucking play the first time they've released it on xbox. Ever, I'm waiting for like eight to ten years for this fucking video game to come out. My Dick was hard, like it's that's Uh Huh, there it is. No, but like I know, like I'm I got my ass put my mom. The MOM's like yeah, fib up, Smart Mike. Okay, cool. But and then I say I honestly didn't have anything for becas usually all about that. Like I'm like, I was just too busy playing video games. I don't I don't want to say his name because he took it down and he got a bunch of heat for it. But there was a comic the right after the Tornado's he posted about I think it was trotwood and it was fucking hilarious and he got so much shit by all the local comics and he finally took it down. It sounds familiar and I was like, I was like, why would you take that? That's fucking hilarious. Like, I can't I don't know. I feel like I remember that, but I'm not, I mean not enough to think about who it was. Yeah, it's good. When then another comic had a really good one for Ralphie make too, and he got a watch shed for it. But don't think I wrote about Derek Shob and he deserves be fucked in the ASS and mouth for nine minutes and twenty. I do remember that one. But for the verdict, and you're not really gonna get pushed back on that here. mean, that's here. You're telling a pretty good line there. You're fine. Your Flan was put down, like my comedy, like facebook page, just to Piss people off, just a Rolem up, just ya see what they do, right, I don't know, like I was thinking, no, it's really fucked up about that verdict is like everything that happened. Like we're shocked that he got found guilty. Oh, absolutely, that's the most fucked up part is that's so obvious, so obviously should be guilty, but yet we are shocked that he was found guilty because of it's hit strut. It's a really weird like line there where you like look at it. Hmm, I'd like. I'd like. I'm trying want again. Why are you look at it from like a black head and about? Because I don't want. I'm a very like kind of like, like, I'm like a sophist, if you're for the term before the like. Now, I like like sofas, I like fuck's couches. I don't. I don't view things through like this really intense Lens, through one angle, like I'm. I'm very much so like when things happen, like I can. I can see it from both sides always. Now there are some things you are not meant to be seen from both sides and and this could be one of those things. I don't know. But like, from my perspective, just understanding, being objective for a second and understanding the job that law enforcement is doing. There are protections that...

...are built into their job for a reason. Yeah, if you're going to have long now whether we should have law enforcement, what you should do with or that's a pole different conversation. Would require a lot of great minds that I don't have. PEOPLE SMARTER THAN US exactly. I disagree. We can do this, but if you look at it objectively, you can understand why police officers there has to be a level of there has to be a margin of error where they cannot be found criminally liable for something happening. If you're given the wrong address to a house and you go into that house and someone pulls a gun on you and you shoot them, you can't be held criminal liable for that because you're going you're acting on the information that you've received. Someone says there's domestic disturbance that this address, you go to that address, or even if you go to the wrong address because you read the wrong number, you're in the middle of doing your job as a lot, as a police officer, and if you hold every single one of those things criminally liable, you're not going to have a police force left. So there has to be a level of understanding that mistakes happen and that these are humans performing these jobs. But again, with a Derek shop and then this will hold. And this is why the Blue Line is kind of fallen because throughout this trial anybody that mattered in that police department turned on him. The chief testified against them, paramedics for testifying against him, like no one was on his side in that I feel like his mom test fighting. I mean it's that is how life. Divorced, divorced of do. She was hot as fuck, Dear Hail married. Defense was was things like oh well, he was down the ground by the exhaust so the carbon monoxide. But what I love today was reporter was like yeah, but that was also a police vehicle, so it's still out of their fault. Well, but genius. This is what you have to remember, though. That's a really good thing. It wouldn't matter anyway, but that is a good thought process. PSCHI have to remember the the prosecution's job as they have one story and they have to prove that story. A defense's job is to offer like the case, the Anthony case is a prime example, where if you can, if you can imp input another thing that's possible, you can still say, yeah, she basically killed her baby, but it wasn't in the way that they're saying and it wasn't therefore didn't qualify for this charge. That they're doing, which is why she's found innocent. Yeah, so the Derek Chavin stuff, their whole job is. Yeah, maybe he did died because of Derek Chavin, however, or maybe it was that his hand, so to speak, but it was actually as heart, it was actually this. There was actually that's a could be. This could be that, could be that. You just have to have one thing be plausible and you win. Yeah, because that's be beyond reasonable doubt correct. Yep, and prosecution only has one story of how it happened and they have to stick to that. Well, they don't get any variance. I think they did a good enough job too, because, I mean they have medical experts coming up and saying like, well, sure, all that may or may not be true, but let's be honest, kneeling on someone's neck for ten minutes correct probably gonna kill him. Yeah, don't need that other stuff. That's the issue with this whole thing. It's like, let's just say his artery, instead of being ninety percent clock, was ninety nine percent clock. It doesn't matter, because he didn't have a heart attack because of that. He had a heart attack because someone's fucking me was in his Goddamn neck. Yeah, nine he then, if you like, listen, you're it's ninety nine percent. You're reaching at this point, right. Yeah, your guys really. Well, if it was on a Sunday, because the weather right and there's a little cold outside and the constriction of the veins, be like what the fuck you talks is this is a college math quiz? Like it's an abnormal amount of people that die on the birthdays. So you know it. Maybe he was. That's is not celebrate birthdays anymore. They kill people. Everyone I know that's gotten yes, die and their birthday. That's a real thing. There's like an abnormal amount of pods. Eleven, eleven out, eleven. Am All, you're fucked. I know. Probably gonna Die Eleven, Eleven, eleven on on your birthday. If you three thousand and eleven. If it isn't natural, make sure it happens.

So nowhere. That's far. Yeah, I want everybody be like, Oh, Mike was important, like I just fucking took the last to the head randomly, like you have to go down a yeah, it's it's the nirvana effect. Like what? Well, what's the interest going to meet? Too? Is because they're one of the because Minnesota or Milwaukee. This happened in Minnesota. Sa. They're one of the states that allows for the inclusion of lesser charges in the in the docket. Because not, if not every state does that? Yeah, I don't know if Ohio does here not, but they've got him guilty of fucking everything. Well, the thing was what made me mad is people are trying to get him like why weren't you charge your first degree in murder, and I'm like, do you know it first agree murder? Yeah, seven, ten, exactly. There was. You can't prove in ten. Degree isn't measured by like how fucked up the murder is. It's measure is it's just call. It's why a lot of states have moved away from calling it like first like South Carolina, they don't call it. It's like murder, voluntary man slaughter, involuntary manslaughter, because they the degree system. But then, depending on where you are, you a felonious murder, which is just murder committed ball, committing a felony. Yeah, which is again, if case the Anthony had been charged with felonious murder right, because again, but that's not to me, like the replay rule in NFL. It wihould just redou right. Yeah, fuck double jeopardy, let's just go yeah, like all right, well, I mean be on a reasonable doubt. Her hands are around the baby and put the baby in the car, right as I yeah, she did that, right. Yeah, can't know. No, she did. Yeah, and they admitted it in court. Yeah, it's yeah, that's why. That's why I got out a law. That's why I switched from law of broadcasting, because I was pre law for a while and I just when you get into all that red tape and all the it just it was one of those things where it was like wow, the legal system kind of sucks. Well, and they didn't even charge her with like they could have charged with like definling a corpse or like moving a body, which they had she admitted to in trial. And literally, had they just charged her with that, she would have gotten quite a bit of time. But because I didn't charge her with it, there's nothing they can do. Yeah, that's when, because you see sometimes where these these prosecutors will some prosecutors will like try to get as many charges as possible and some just go for the one big one they wanted. They wanted the death penalty. Yeah, so they knew that in order to do that, you couldn't bog down with all these other charges. You had to go all in on this and then go for the death melody, and that fucked them. Yeah, so weird that she's still alive. He figured somebody would kill her by now. I mean for real and and like non jokingly, like I know it shocked. Yeah, somebody would literally kill her. That's why the when you where, they talk about, you know, sex offenders, shop writors getting, you know, five ten years. I'm like yeah, but it's going to be the if they if they survived those five ten years, they're going to be the worst five to ten years of their long yeah. Well, I wonder what's gonna have a Derek shop at now. I think he last thirty. It's killed in jail. Yeah, I mean I don't probably like Jeffrey Epstein Alive. You're not keeping that, but it depends on they've got him in Solitaire Dope. The probably not to spend the his entire time and also depends on how much time he gets. Because because you got convicted of the of the highest one. Yeah, get up the forty years, but why round he'll do it necessarily that lay. They were saying that it's more than the probably get like fifteen because it's like first offense, that it's just lease officer throw the book at like I think it's gonna. It's on to depend on the judge. And of course, you know sentencing hearings, everyone gets to come in and make it impassion statement, both the fam both like George Floyd's family and then like Shobin's family, I'm sure is x level, come in and be like lock his ass up. Highly doubt it. Trip by stay out of it, I'm sure, but like you'll have George Floyd's family, they're own asking the judge for the Maxi moment I don't. I'll tell you what. Wouldn't they kiss? Today, when they threw down the verdict that he got, first thing he did was asked the prosecutors any emotions and they were like motion to have bail or revoked, and he didn't fucking has state. He was like no bail, put them in jail, like didn't even like take the time to listen to counter argument the defense. He's like fuck him. And I was telling Kyle before you got here, I guess the whole time they were just zoomed in on Shovin's face and just lan he just looked like what? Yeah, I'm not...

...getting away with this. You said I was getting away with fuck. Really, his and I frost did everything they could do. I mean there was really not much more they could have done. Unfortunately, we have ten minutes of video of this guy kneeling on the dudes next fortunately, unfortunately for him, fortunately for everybody else. Yeah, it's the sorry guys, but we got ten minutes of video of you. Just imagine being his lawyer. No, be like hey, and lawyers, if I don't want to take this, I'm sure I can't. This is gonna L I want us on Asco especially get like public defenders and stuff like that. It's like hey, that's why most cases just get plut out before going to trial. But having to head being assigned as the attorney to defend like something like that. Like how do you do that? I mean your job is just to like the the court system in our country is fragile and it's been held together because people are willing to do those things, willing to put this aside and say I'm going to do the best job I can at get this. At the very least they're getting a fair trial. Yeah, whether I think they did it or not is irrelevant. They if they did do it, that needs to be proven. So my job is to go up against you and do my best to show that you haven't proven it. So, in in by doing that, you know, you preserve the court system. I mean it's like that. You need people that you know. I hate when you have especially racially charged cases where we want like knowledge's a witch hump, but you want like you don't want that to be defended. It's like you need that. You need them to have not only that, but you need done to the best representation possible so it doesn't get a miss trial later. Yeah, you know, or have you know, getting to win an appeal or something like. He needs to have the best possible defense imaginable so that he stays in fucking jail. He is needed Thanos. That's how the site of my little brother day, because he was he was watching the vert drop with us and it's telling them you know. Yet he's like, they're not going to send them for a few weeks. There's going to be appeals and his lawyers are going to file motions, I'm sure, although they didn't seem to be objecting to a whole lot once the verdict came down. You know, they didn't. They did all boilerplate. At this point. They know they're fucked, so they're just going to hope for the best in terms of sensaying and it'll be about six weeks. You think that long? Yeah, really, I figured like to now, maybe about six weeks. I think he's already. Doesn't matter. I mean he might very well. I mean, I don't know where. I mean, obviously he's going to to jail. That might be a thing too. Where they might his Oh yeah, lawyers will probably like request protection. Well, it's a lot harder to keep you safe in jail that in his presenting. The the security not not as like sad, but like the cops and like the like, the fucking can't think of it. No, like prison guards. Prison guards aren't going to want to put up with that either. No, because you make us all look really bad. Yeah, so it's like like Ope, I left your door open. MMM, you should start walking that way, but in here, let me now. He's gonna get fucked. Oh yeah, he's gonna get he's gonna do the hardest time like ever, and I don't mean that's in terms of setting, but his time in prisons going to be miserable. Here's a question. Okay, I know this isn't like what everybody wants to talk about, but but again, I like to have objective conversation. Yeah, sure, do you think he did it on purpose to kill and he didn't? I don't think he meant to kill him. No, I don't know. And again that's where the first degree murder think comes in. I don't think he went out. I don't think he was like that Guy Right there, I'm gonna go kill that motherfucker. Yeah, I think he intended to be as rough as possible. Okay, he wanted to hurt him. He wanted to hurt you, wanted he wanted to establish at the end, at the end of the day, if that's what your angle is. I remember watching him when I was going through school, because I was just a parally goal. I'm we're going through school and we were watching this video about these kids that were moved a stop sign and they were like on the side of the road watching people run this stop sign, and then just a couple of close calls well, eventually somebody on no car ecident and died right they crossing the intersection.

Somewhere was coming and the whole argument was you removed the sign because you thought it was funny that people were almost getting hurt. So when someone got hurt and died, you are that is intent. Yeah, that is murder, because then the whole reason why was funny in the first place because that could happen. Yeah, so, just based off of that, they were it is a murder. They were and they were kid kids that they weren't kid kids. They were like older teams. I think they're like one thousand eight hundred and nineteen. They're young enough, because then you can argue they would understand that. Yeah, they're just direction. Oh, when we when I was fucking fourteen years old, we would put Saran wrap across the road. Oh Jesus that people drive through it and would make a real out popping sound. So we put that over and we were pretty young. It's not an excuse, but we were pretty young and we put it across and a fucking motorcycle came down the road and I remember that moment because I was like only fuck, and he went through it and nothing happened and I was like never again. Well, I do anything remotely like this. Thank God it didn't end in like tragedy, because he could have been thrown off that correct like I thankfully I learned the lesson without anything bad happening. Yeah, some people learn that lesson and they go to prison the rest our lives. Yeah, I learned the lesson and nothing happened. So, and that's what sucks is that's why you can't do that shit at all. But right, telling a fucking dumb ass fourteen year old out for years like that. Good luck. I'M gonna eat yea my might you ever almost kill somebody on a motorcycle? Now, if I dude honestly, what the shop and thing. I also, do you think he wanted to show, because he was training that cop? Yeah, he wanted to show, and I think that that's the that's kind of the the really good response to that question, which is like, did he try to kill him? No, but he tried to fucking hurt him. Yeah, try to her. He was trying to make him as uncomfortable as humanly possible and it just wound up killing them. And well, sorry about your luck, so to speak. Why that he was training. That copy wanted to show the copy was training, like this is what we do, this is a little bad asses. Yeah, where a mom, John Wayne will speaking a speaking of you know, training. I mean that kind of brings up what happened with Dante. Right. Kimberly Potter was the officer who, quote, claims to have thought she had pulled her Taser instead of her gun and shot Dante. Right. I have very strong feelings about how stupid of an excuse that is. She's on the twenty two years or some twenty six years on the for she was. She was one of the authors in charge of training rookies. There's a there's so many things. It's like, okay, other side of the hip, different shape, weighs differently, bright yellow color. It's did you see Pat Robertson get on? Yeah, and like I don't understand how you could get these mixed up, like and it my Goddamn Pat Robbers Robertson is on your side like that God isn't on your side. So you're real fucked. Yeah, it also has me going like like the meme where it's like right, but that's worse. Right. You understand why that's worse because you didn't know the difference after Twenty Six fucking years on the force. Just you fucked up. You fucked up. You killed somebody, like, I don't it's on your not. Oh my God. It's crazy, is that. She had the wherewithal, yeah, to immediately go like on on the on the body Cam, to immediately lay the foundation, shot him an immediately. W Ohh. I thought that was the taste. You see her like like the idea and the video. She's like got the gunner and she's going into like Oh, like, like she's all like whole, turning it around, like she said, I believe it's a gun, but then she points it back at them. I'm like, well know, at that point, yeah, you can the gun away, yeah, and Grab Your Taser, very factual Taser, or go render some type of aid, which was obviously the big thing that Derek Shavin case to that nobody rider any type of aid once they realize what was going on. Yeah, it it just enter again. It's just in terms of like you like I thought was with Taser, right, but that's not better. Yeah, if anything, that makes you look grossly incompetent and it calls into question.

Anything you've want. Again, depending on what's depending on what state that's in. Yeah, that level of incompetence can be considered neglect, and neglect could be, depending on what level, could be a felony. And then go while committing a felony of our murder takes place or death happens, then boom, you have a whole different charge that carries the same same sentences, herr, even if it's not a murder charge specifically. Yeah, because you can. You can get you can get a non murder charge elevated to murder based on extenuator or corrects are mitigating whenever the difference. Yes, you think, because Schovin didn't get a hate crime? Do you think? Do you think she gets it with a hate crime? No, I also don't. That's again, that's going to be a real tough one because she gotta have him. I think saying the n word, well, you pretty much have to have like like a diary entry. That's going to be a hard one just to even get a conviction. Yeah, I mean, if you think that Derek, the Derek Shavin thing really wasn't that complicated, that one is because she she did a she made it look like it was an accident. Now she didn't real respond necessarily to the extent of someone that made that level of mistake. But no, she covered a basis, but she covered a basis enough to where it's going to make it tough. She laid the groundwork for a defense, whether or not eily buys the defense. Yes, and again, almost thirty year veteran of the shoulders saying, Oh, I didn't know. Most most juries, I think, are going to be compt a reasonable enough to go. Yeah, that's not that doesn't fly. Like they should have. They should have every police officer subpoena every suplice police officer, have him go on the stand, blindfold him and then pick up a gun and pick up a Taser and say which was which? Yeah, no, I've hundred percent. I also think that's what they because you could have you could thinking about like the ojk's. You could have had a seventh grade science teacher talk talk away the the glove thing. Yeah, with Cochrane, it's all the glove shrink hi. Miss It. Mrs SIPPA wits from front from East East side Middle School. What the leather glove was caked in wet blood what happens to a leather when it's caked in a liquid and sat on a shelf from s it shrinks. Thank you, know for the questions. You're on. And then what happens? We have a glove underneath the glove. Exactly. Yeah, it but yeah, with the Dante, the Dante right thing. As soon as I heard that, excuse her first, because I work at a new station, so I hear every day. It's somebody got shot something else, and to the point where nowadays it's not even an it's not even like, Oh my God, it's a fuck another one. Really, that's how mass shootings were there mean not not not just mass shoots, but school shooting. I mean there was a really well, there's been like twelve mass shootings. I feel like, yeah, well, man, you mass but I mean she's shootings have slowed down. If you're remember, it was like because hotbody's for finks and it's in fucking school anymore. That's real valid. He did not think about anything about that. Didn't think about it. I rode about that on twitter like last year. Yeah, yeah, good thing is skill shooting is down because nobody's there. Yeah, same things about point the shootings we've had just in the last couple weeks or suddenly everybody's getting vaccinated and going out in public again. And this the shooting. Okay, yeah, I see a pattern. Well, the one, I don't think the one was going to three people did die, but I think it was that the Fedex building, not to Fedex. There's one different MAS shooting, the different one. They're calling him mass shooting. I think they're calling him as shooting anyways. But I think everything was related, like it was like a scorn lover type thing. Gotcha. So I don't I have to read into that more, but I was like, I don't really we can say. I mean it's so fucked up, but yeah, yeah, that like the fucking Fedex building or whatever, and then like pil seven others we didn't hear about. Yeah, there was the one at the massage parlors with the dude kill all the Asian people. And yeah, again, everybody got a vaccinated. Ah Man, I can go on public now shoot some people. I mean honestly, it doesn't surprise me it's happening. I'm not shocked.

It's more just kind of like just fucking weird, like I'm at like I'm at work. Sometimes I'm thinking, is this Guy gonna come and shoot a place, which is weird right, but like I think about that because everybody has been so locked up for like ever to wear like people want to get shit out. They added a whole bunch of new security stuff at the building I work at, and my first reaction, which should have been was Oh, yeah, that makes sense. Yeah, I hate that it makes sense. It shouldn't make sense, but it does, and that's the fucked up part. Yeah, now there was like three mass shootings last week or some shit like that was a ridiculous too. Point trows like, but what's Nail? Welcome to America. So I think we like more of the mass shooting as vigils. That's good one. I missed the days when our biggest pain in the ASS was the Westboro Baptist Church, just protesting people's funerals like a kiss of my shoot them friend eelps died. Yeah, I didn't know that I ever really been heard from ever since. My favorite was whence was when Steve Jobs died and the daughters tweeted will be protesting steve jobs funeral and then said, tweeted from an Iphone, he's like that's fantastic, that's bad, that's borrow. All through college it was just every time of celebrity would die, it was you were just waiting for the inevitable and down they were like the Internet troll before the Internet roll. They were I mean they were like trolling on like VHS tapes, sending them out. God. Yeah, I remember, because they they were protesting. I mean they protest a stee jobs funeral. They protested. I remember that when guy used to play for slayer, the guitarist who died. They went to protest his everybody there was one of celebrity. They also used to do these weird covers. I'm if you guys saw those. They would do these weird covers when they would take like a popular song but like hit me baby one more time, but it'd be like save America, Jesus, one more time. Oh my God. They would do these ridiculous songs and it would be like like Godh like, and they would do their whole all their slogans. I'm not going to jump an ebolutely mean East borrow these brow baptists and it's like the west side stories, like really, I just buy scientology. That's scientology. I remember when I was when I went to go, it was in Chicago vacation a couple of years ago. Was Driving through downtown and just in the little shopping mall there was a bookstore, a bar. In between them was a center for the Center for Scientology, and I was like in a shopping center, oh, yeah, that's that's all that. I thought you guys brought in rich people. Okay, I'm not doing that. Well, all right, yeah, that's not in that area. I mean that's the Chicago. Dude. There's a there's a really good documentary on Scientology on hpoc going clearly told me that. I still haven't watched. Do you, if you have blood pressure issues, devel up a medication the day? Because it is. You're just like, how is that? How is this the thing? Is that the one that leam and he's behind? Yes, yeah, dying to watch that because I and she do. When she was on, was it Rogan or I don't remember where she was on my Ben Rogan, but fuck, is it fascinating, like all this shit is just oh no, it was. She was on on two thousand and twenty, which kind of sparked it. She was on. How did this get made. That's what it was. So the Paul Sheer, yeah, it was a special episode that was just her. It was like just her show or just something she was doing to tatters a guest. Just had her on as a guest and it's a really good episode where they taught to her and the guy that the other guy that defected from the church with her, Mike something I can't remember, but does me a lot of Mike's. But Dude, it's fucking you. Just you're like, I don't you watch going clear. It's like watching. Did you watch funding never land? When it when it's yeah, what you're saying? How? How? Oh, how is this a thing that finding never land changed a lot of people's minds who weren't already on the fuck Michael Jacksons? Yeah, like people who have been up to that point like defending Michael Jackson early, saying that like, Oh, it didn't happen. We're suddenly like...

...fuck, we were wrong. Yeah, no, the best one is the R Kelly documentary, because that got our Kelly and jail. Yeah, her Kelly arrested. I was a great way that and they all yeah, then when he went on, he went on in that documentary everyone. Somebody's like, yeah, we need to arrest this guy, like immediately. Dude, have you heard that Jared Carmichael joke about about Michael Jackson? This is F is in heaven. You need to listen to that joke. It's fucking fabulous. Jesus Christ, I yeah, I remember, like I had a buddy wight, who's like the world's biggest Michael Jackson Fan and ever, finally, it never land comment. He's like, if I go to a bar and I'm Michael Jackson Song comes on, I asked him to change it or I leave. I was like Holy Yit Shit. Jared Carmichael's joke is I'Na pull it up. It's a really good he talks about how, basically, like I can't even say it, like I don't want to say because I don't like it's going for me. It's fucking Hilarious, though. You did. You need to watch that. Well, I get well, I get this pulled up. Mike. You got any UNI shows coming up in times? Yeah, show to dude. I showed tomorrow and Anderson, Indiana. I played a show there when we're on tour. No Shit. Yeah, but I cannot for the life of me and the venue. I like that still around. This was pipe. WHO Doesn't? WHO's The guy who's clipposed your your jared, Carmichael Carl. Yeah, I gotta LITERALLY DRIVE UP TO CLEVELAND IN MY own pick up my mom, drive back home, drop her off and drive it. And here's Anderson Indiana. He so you a car for ten hours tomorrow? Yeah, probably, possibly more. Yea, I what s that? Eleven and a half to twelve? Problem, more likely. So there was a band for Mannerson, INDIANA, called super screen sleeper. I don't know why I remember that. As says, yeah, I guess. Yeah, silver screen sleeper, I can't find it. Okay, I'll find it and shoot the door to that's rich's. It's good, though. I I love a good night. It's which the same as I was ever a huge Michael Jackson Fan to begin with. Like music wise just wasn't my thing, but I love Michael Jackson covers. It's like the Beatles. Not a big Beatles Fan, but their covers of Beatles songs awesome as that we Michael Jackson Fan. Ever, I don't. So I'm like I like, yeah, he fucked kids or whatever, like I always thought that, so fuck him. It's fine, people that well, was music's good. If your music gotta be Damn Good, you can fuck kids total on it, because I was the world's biggest lost profits fan until I found out there singer was fucking kids and I'll never listen to lost profits ever again. Oh my gosh, that a song go last summer. That was like one of my favorite songs. Great, dude, that was what they were, my jam in Middle School, in high school, and then when that shit came out, I was I'd leaving off my phone. I have a fucking buddy that has lost profit. Lyrics asked too, and both of his forearms at poor bestard, like the worst dude. And not only. Here's what's crazy, bou the lead singer and lost prophets, is that not only was he like, you know, had like child porn yeah, we're talking. He had like a terrabyte. He was child point. He was running like a rain Chile pornography ring because it was him and like these two, these two women or something like that, were because it was like their kids and they were getting all these other kids and they were trade and stuff off and he was selling it like it was. It was like it was like a fucking like what you think of in terms of like drug dealers, like it was that kind of thing with with Kitty Porn, and it was so disgusting and fuck that I looked at one of their music videos on youtube the other day and they all have like comments, distable, like like they're like we're not eating up, not even going to let this shit N F I can't I got to listen to that shit again. Ever, there's certain bands like like as I laid dying when when they're singer tried to put a head out on his wife. I was like, I don't feel it was onto these guys anymore. It is hard, but because it's like sometimes you it's like, on one hand I don't want the person to like fuck up the art. It's like I want to connect, I want to I want to disconnect the two realities. It's hard and be able to like appreciate something as art and is...

...being like from a creative part of this person's brain, and I'm cool with it, verse the other part of the brain that's like diddling kids and like just be like I'm gonna go separate from that piece of it and just focus on the art. But it's like you can, you're all only differ. Call to do allow the like the art you are and I do hate the person. Did. I'll listen to some man in the mirror in the car. I'M NOT gonna lie. You can hate the person, but I mean you're I mean Arts, art. So that's really fucking. We remix to ignition. I want to go put rope, like roller skits on right now. I mean, it's weird things say, but it's like somebody can be like all right, like a safe like fucking Hitler. Yeah, row, fucking his paintings, J's paintings, for Talk Shit. Well, what if he wrote hey, jude, what if he came out with that, you know, and hething like you, like fuck, that's a great song, but it's Hitler, like yeah, yeah, well, Kevin Spacey, one of my favorite actors ever. Yeah, that's mets. Watching his movies is hard, especially because, like, I try to watch American beauty the other day and I was like, this one's a little too close, this one. I can't watch anything weird. Yeah, but yeah, like God damn, he's such a good act now want now, because he was living his life and American beauty, yeah, he was. But I also love that they had him digitally replaced by Christopher Plumber in that last movie he did. It was for plumber, wanted up getting a nominated for a fucking Oscar for it really the last movie Kevin Space He did. I cannot remember the name of it for the wife of me. He was supposed to come out and after all that shit came out at the boys club or something like that, because I was the last movie I thought was supposed to come out there to make any money or something. I can out of it. But it was a couple years ago. It was like twenty eighteen, two thousand and nineteen, and they had him digitally replaced with Christopher Plumber. They just replaced a head with Christoper plummer's head and he ended up with getting nominated for an Oscar the next year. That's so weird, which is just like it, because Chris for Plumber, I got look Chrisper plumber, and so like knowing that like he died and one of the last act that the last acting gig he had was basically a fuck you to Kevin spaceium like that is fantastic.
